Make a new session. Add some images to the session. Click on the session name and you will see all the images included in the session.

Select an image and open Metadata tab at the right pane. Input caption and description. If you’ve selected several files before it, each file metadata will be changed and caption and description will be updated. Attention! Previous values for caption and description will be changed for each selected file.

Go to Metadata tab at the top of the window. Select some images. Click Generate keywords button. In the Keyword generator window do the following actions step by step:

• Enter some basic keywords, separated by comma and then click Start

• Select relevant images from the image list (just tick them off)

• Click generate button and wait while the word list is filling

• In the word list select relevant keywords and than add them to Accepted list. Every keyword has some synonyms. You can see them when you select a word. Also you can select any synonyms and add them to the accepted list.

• You can repeat these steps several times. Usually you need about 50 words for every photo. When you’ve added them, click Accept button. Keywords from accepted list will be added to the selected images in the main window.

You will see accepted keywords at the Metadata tab. Existing keywords will be saved and mixed with the new words. Duplicated keywords will be cut to a single word.

Go to Info tab. Select tagged images and change their state near the stock sites in the grid. Just select it from the dropdown list. You should select “Ready to upload” state. So, you can upload images now…

Go to Agency tab and than click “Edit agency data” button. In the Stock Agencies window you should select some stocks and input Ftp login and password. As a rule, ftp and site logins mismatch, so you should be more attentive while reading the agency site’s chapter with FTP access specification.

Go back to main window and then go to Uploading tab. All the images with the “Ready to upload” state are displayed here. Images are grouped by a stock agency. When you click “Start uploading” button, multithread uploading process will start.

After uploading the state of uploaded images will be changed to “Pending”.
